Requesting use of shared spaces, communal areas and OVH land
Residents wishing to make alterations to shared spaces, such as the addition of hanging baskets, planters, or furnishings, are kindly requested to submit a formal request to One Vision Housing as outlined in our Communal Areas Policy.
Please note that alterations will only be approved if they:
- Do not pose a risk to the safety of residents or visitors.
- Are not considered offensive or disruptive to other residents.
- Do not require ongoing maintenance by One Vision Housing.

All requests will be carefully reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.
