One Vision Housing is governed by a board consisting of eight members.
Members are recruited and appointed on the basis of their skills, knowledge and experience, in line with a board-defined skills-matrix. The skills matrix covers the key areas of the organisation’s operation and ensures the appropriate skills and expertise are in place.
Currently, the board includes six non-executive directors and two executive directors.
In addition to the board there is a Risk and Audit Committee which has representation from One Vision Housing. The Group Risk and Audit Committee is responsible for assisting the board in matters relating to risk and audit.
One Vision Housing is part of The Sovini Group which was formed in 2011 and is a subsidiary of Sovini Ltd (the Group parent). One Vision Housing also has representation on the board of Sovini Ltd.
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting refers to the disclosure of data and activity covering an organisation’s operations in three areas: environmental, social and corporate governance. It provides a snapshot of the organisation’s impact in these three areas for reporting to stakeholders and is used to demonstrate compliance with ESG reporting requirements.

Code of Governance
One Vision Housing has adopted the National Housing Federation’s 2020 Code of Governance. Compliance with this ensures the organisation’s activities are transparent and promote confidence in the communities we serve. We continually assess compliance with this code and with the Regulator of Social Housing’s Regulatory Framework.
As a member of The Sovini Group, One Vision Housing operates within a Group Corporate Governance Framework that details the governance structures, policies and processes, based on the National Housing Federation and Regulator of Social Housing’s standards.
The Framework sets out policies and procedures to ensure that Board members and officers operate in a transparent and accountable manner.
