Safety and security

We are committed to keeping our customers safe and protected from any kind of abuse and neglect. We recognise the harmful effect that abuse and neglect has not just on the victim, but also on their families and the wider community. Please review our safety and security information below. If you have any concerns or need further help, please contact us for assistance.

Anti-social behaviour

We believe anti-social behaviour covers an extensive range of unacceptable actions that cause harm to an individual, their community and environment.

We pledge to support our customers to enjoy their homes and communities, without anti-social behaviour.

Hate crime

We do not tolerate hate crime and support our customers to combat any issues they may be facing in their own home or community.

We urge all victims of hate crime to seek help immediately.

Domestic abuse

Anyone can be a victim of domestic abuse, and we urge anyone who thinks they are currently affected by domestic abuse to contact ourselves, the police or a registered charity for support.

Visit our domestic abuse support services page for a full list of partner organisations ready to support individuals and families affected by domestic abuse.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding is the term we use for how we will keep the most vulnerable people in our communities safe from harm.

Whenever we suspect that abuse is taking place or we are informed about safeguarding concerns, we will work closely with other agencies to ensure victims are supported and appropriate action is taken against those responsible.
