What We Believe

We pride ourselves on offering more than bricks and mortar, providing a wealth of advice and support to our customers; from our Financial Inclusion Team to our Customer Empowerment Programme.

At One Vision Housing we believe that our service to our customers is more than just a landlord, in addition providing quality and safe homes in communities we invest in.

We recognise that our customers can help shape our services, and this is why we have a dedicated Customer Empowerment team who engage with our customers and create a future-proof service which will continue to provide affordable homes in safe and inviting communities.

We believe in providing opportunities for all. Through our new build programme we have provided over a hundred families with support into home ownership and we’ve provided thousands of customers with welcoming, affordable homes no matter what an individual’s personal circumstances may be.
