About Us

We provide high quality, affordable housing across Sefton, Liverpool, Wirral, Cheshire and West Lancashire. We currently manage over 13,000 homes across the region.

We were formed in October 2006, following a successful stock transfer from Sefton Council. We operate as a not-for-profit organisation, regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing.

One Vision Housing is a member of The Sovini Group, which was formed in 2011.

We have been externally recognised as a leading provider of homes and services and as one of the best workplaces in the UK.

In 2014, EFQM named us as the best organisation in Europe for adding value to customers.

One Vision Housing is graded ‘G1’ for Governance and ‘V2’ for Viability.
