As well as building high-quality new homes, we ensure our existing properties are maintained to the highest standards through our investment works programme. In 2024/25 we proudly invested £15.7m in major improvements and planned maintenance across 5,300 homes. 

When a property becomes vacant, we carry out a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the highest of standards and any necessary repairs – from major structural work to redecoration – are carried out.

And the results speak for themselves!
