Satisfaction results
With 75.7%* of customers satisfied with the cleanliness and maintenance of communal areas, our efforts are moving in the right direction. However, we remain focused on continuous improvement to further enhance our communities.
Grounds maintenance
You’ve told us how much you value your outdoor spaces, so we’ve made keeping them tidy and accessible a top priority.
85.6%* of customers told us they are satisfied with how we maintain your green spaces, and we’ll keep working hard to maintain that high standard for you.
Communal cleaning
We know that a clean building is essential to your comfort and peace of mind. Your feedback gives our shared indoor spaces a 77.2%* satisfaction rating, and we are actively working to raise these standards even higher in the year ahead.
