At One Vision Housing, we want to make managing your tenancy as straightforward as possible. Paying your rent and service charges on time is the most important responsibility of your tenancy agreement, which is why we offer a variety of flexible payment methods to suit your lifestyle.

Please see below the different payment options available to you:

• Direct Debit

  Direct Debit is the most hassle-free way to pay your rent. Please call us on 0300 365 1111 to set up this convenient way to pay on a date that suits you.

• My Account

  You can now manage your tenancy online through My Account.

• Paying online

  If you have a debit/credit card, you can pay online at any time using our My Account service.

• Post Office or PayPoint/Payzone outlets

  You can pay by cash or debit/credit card at the Post Office or at retail outlets displaying the Payzone or PayPoint sign.

• Paying by telephone

  If you have a debit/credit card, you can call on 0300 365 1111 Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:00 or via our automated payment line, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Failure to pay

If you fail to pay your rent and service charges when given reasonable requests to do so, it will be classed as a breach of your tenancy agreement and we will take enforcement action in accordance with our rent payment and arrears recovery policy. Your home is at risk if you fail to pay.

Statutory consultation and rights to appeal

If you have a dispute about your rent or service charge, we would encourage you to contact us directly to see if we can resolve the issue. If you are still dissatisfied you may appeal to the First Tier Tribunal Property Chamber (Residential Property) for a determination.

• Discretionary Housing Payments

  If you are struggling to pay your rent, your Local Authority may be able to assist you with a Discretionary Housing Payment (DHP). Contact your Local Authority to find out more.
