Let’s talk anti-social behaviour!

Published: 3/11/2024

Today for Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week 2024, the focus is on ‘Let’s Talk ASB.’

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) can seriously impact your quality of life. Whether it’s persistent noise, vandalism, or harassment, it’s unacceptable. At One Vision Housing, we’re committed to creating safe and thriving communities for everyone.

Your feedback matters

We have a specialist Community Safety Team equipped to deal with all levels of ASB.

In 2023/2024 we received 392 ASB cases with 100% of those reports received a response within 24 hours, 89% of customers were satisfied with the handling of their case, and an impressive 88% were happy with the outcome of the investigation

From those customers who have used the community safety service, we have received the following  excellent feedback:

“My neighbourhood Services Officer was excellent and kept in contact with me a lot to see how I was.”

“If it wasn’t for my Community Safety Officer and Independent Living Officer I would have been lost, they have saved me and I can’t thank OVH enough.

“I cant express how grateful I am for the help I’ve received and the difference it has made to my life.”

“OVH have been have been supportive, kind and have been great at communicating with myself.”
