One Vision Housing is committed to enhancing the quality of our communal living spaces. To better understand the needs of our customers and the challenges faced by our maintenance teams, members of our Neighborhoods team recently joined forces with Sovini Property Services (SPS) Estates teams.

By spending time on the ground, our team gained firsthand experience of the essential work carried out daily, including window cleaning, communal cleaning, and ground maintenance. This invaluable insight has allowed us to appreciate the dedication and hard work of our maintenance teams.

Improving our services

To further enhance our services and meet the  needs of our customers, we’ve been gathering feedback from our communities. By listening to our residents, we can identify areas for improvement and implement changes that will positively impact their living experience.

As part of our commitment to transparency, we’ve distributed informative leaflets to residents of Strand House. These leaflets provide a clear overview of our communal cleaning and maintenance services.
