Over the Christmas break we will be closed from 6pm on Friday 23rd December, through to 9am on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

You can still report emergency repairs and anti-social behaviour during this time on 0300 365 1111. You can also pay your rent via our online customer portal, My Account.

• Emergency repairs

  Emergency repairs can include problems with pipes, leaks and electrical faults. We promise to make emergency repairs within 24 hours.

  If you experience any issues resulting in a loss of heating in your home, please contact us and we can arrange for a temporary heating solution to be provided to you.

• Non emergency repairs

  An example of non-emergency repairs can include broken door handles and door sticking. We will aim to complete non-emergency repairs within 10 working days and customers will be offered a specific morning or afternoon appointment. Need to report a non-emergency repair?
