Recommendation 2

Housing associations should work together to conduct and publish a thorough audit of all social housing in England.

What One Vision Housing has done to date so far

  • Sector audit

One Vision Housing is open to collaborating with other housing providers to conduct a thorough audit of social housing in England. We believe that such a collaborative effort would provide valuable insights into the state of the sector and inform future policy decisions.

  • Developments

As a housing provider actively engaged in developing new homes, we are currently working on several exciting projects. These include:

    • Kingfisher Park, Wrenbury: A development of 45 affordable homes in Nantwich, Cheshire, offering a mix of Affordable Rent, Rent to Buy, and Shared Ownership tenures.
    • Moorside Place, Crosby: A 72-unit development in Crosby, Liverpool, providing much-needed Rent to Buy homes alongside four commercial units.
    • Barton Brook Green, Preston: A 68-unit development in Preston, offering a range of tenures to meet local housing needs.

By combining our expertise and resources with other housing providers, we can collectively address the challenges facing the social housing sector and deliver high-quality, affordable homes for our communities.
