Service Charges

You must make arrangements to pay the service charge invoice. Details of the payment methods which we offer are detailed below.

Direct Debit

If you have a bank account you can set up a Direct Debit for hassle-free payments. Please call 0300 365 1111 for more details. It’s the quickest and most convenient way to pay.

Post Office or PayPoint/ Payzone outlets

You can pay by cash or debit/credit card at the Post Office or at retail outlets displaying the Payzone or PayPoint sign.

To identify your account, give them your payment card (arrives usually within 7 days after you have requested it) or use the bar code on your Service Charge Invoice. Don’t forget to collect a receipt of the transaction.

Paying by telephone

If you have a debit/credit card you can pay your rent/service charges from the comfort of your home. Just call 0300 365 1111.

You can make telephone payments at anytime,  24 hours a day 7 days a week, as we have an automated payment system for calls made outside of our office hours.

Paying online

My Account – You can now make online payments and manage your tenancy online through My Account.

Paying by Cheque

Cheques should be made payable to ‘One Vision Housing’ and sent by post to:

Please write your account number on the reverse of the cheque and a receipt will be issued to you.

Payment by BACS

To make a BACS direct credit payment, please use the following details, and don’t forget to quote/
reference your service charge account number.
