Your responsibilities as a Shared Ownership customer

As a Shared Ownership customer you will be responsible for the repairs and improvements on your home.

All of our new build homes come with a set period in which our developer must fix any defects. If you are unsure of the warranty period agreed we will be able to advise you of this. Your home may be covered by the warranty depending on the repair issue.

In addition, if you wish to make any improvements to your home, you’ll need to inform us first.
