Rent to Buy is our newest rental product which launched at One Vision Housing in 2018. So far, we’ve supported over a hundred of aspiring home owners into Rent to Buy. Rent to Buy is a smart rental option which enables you to rent a new build home at 80% of the open market value. This means you’ll be able to save towards a deposit whilst renting your dream home. You’ll then have the option to potentially buy your home outright or through Shared Ownership.
