Your neighbourhoods transformed by Sovini Property Services

Published: 5/5/2025

We’re dedicated to creating a better future for all our customers. A huge part of this comes to life through the incredible work of Sovini Property Services. Their teams are constantly working hard, from keeping our green spaces looking their best to carrying out essential repairs in your homes. The amazing “before and after” transformations they achieve truly make a difference, showcasing our commitment to your comfort, safety, and the overall quality of your living environment.

Our teams in action

Recently, the Sovini Property Services team has been busy making wonderful improvements. At Kirk Road, a large hedge was expertly trimmed – a fantastic transformation thanks to Daniel. Captains Lane is looking beautiful too, thanks to Michael and Alan. Over at Mitchell Crescent, Adam Roman and his team skilfully pruned hedges and shrubs, ensuring they’re clear of public footpaths, prioritising your safety.

Beyond grounds maintenance, our Reactive Operatives are constantly tackling a variety of challenges that directly impact your daily lives. From essential door repairs and lock issues to bath panel replacements and fire safety concerns, you can rely on their ability to quickly resolve issues and keep your homes running smoothly.

This is just a small peek into the daily efforts of the Sovini Property Services team. Their continued hard work and dedication each day make a significant difference to our customers, contributing to safer and better-maintained homes and communities.

Working together for cleaner communities – A stand against fly-tipping

We all want to live in clean and welcoming communities. Unfortunately, fly-tipping, the illegal dumping of waste  continues to be a problem. This not only makes our neighbourhoods look untidy but also poses health hazards and costs money that could be better spent elsewhere.

We’re excited to announce we’ve recently launched our Alleyway Strategic Action Plan to directly combat fly-tipping. This plan involves actively cleaning up affected alleyways, whilst also rigorously investigating incidents to prosecute those found illegally fly-tipping. We want to send a clear message that this behaviour will not be tolerated.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping our communities tidy. Please remember to dispose of your waste responsibly. If you have bulky items that need to be removed, please contact your local council for information on bulky waste collection services.
