Taking a stand against anti-social behaviour

Published: 2/6/2026

We are dedicated to taking decisive actions against anti-social behaviour (ASB) by working together with our customers, partners, and local communities.

This week we are proudly supporting the national Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week campaign, running from 29th June – 5th July.

This year, our approach isn’t just about awareness but about active collaboration, education, and restorative change. Through impact days with our partners, we aim to empower communities and provide support to those who need it most.

We are hosting a series of events across the region to raise awareness, engage with customers, listen to concerns and offer advice.

Listening to you

In preparation for ASB Awareness Week, we surveyed our customers to better understand your experiences. Here is what you told us:

  • 81% of our customers feel safe in their homes and neighbourhoods.
  • 78% of customers are living free from ASB.
  • 67% of customers are confident in how to report ASB.

Our approach towards ASB

We want to ensure all our customers know how to identify and report ASB issues. To support this, throughout the week, we will be sharing guidance on:

  • What is classed as ASB
  • Domestic abuse
  • Cuckooing
  • Tools and resources to spot the signs and report them safely

Reporting ASB

If you or someone you know is currently affected by anti-social behaviour, report it immediately by calling 0300 365 1111 or emailing enquiries@ovh.org.uk. For emergency assistance, please call 999.

Together, we can take a stand against anti-social behaviour and ensure our communities remain safe, welcoming and inclusive for everyone.
