Reporting ASB and key performance figures 2025/26

Published: 4/7/2026

We are continuously committed to ensuring that our residents feel comfortable and safe in their communities. In support of our commitment, we take all reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) seriously and work to address issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Key performance figures 2025/26

Transparency is important to us and we want our communities to know exactly the type of cases we are handling. This year, we received a total of 413 new reports of anti-social behaviour and 100% of cases were responded to within the first 24 hours. We achieved this by closely monitoring all logged reports and continuously updating our triage process to ensure each report is handled efficiently.

Here is a breakdown of the ASB cases reported:

Categories No. of reports
Safeguarding and complex cases
(inc. domestic abuse, hate crime)
346
Neighbourhood nuisance
(inc. noise, vandalism)
67

During this past year, 144 ASB cases were closed, with customer feedback showcasing our ongoing commitment to supporting victims:

  • 85% satisfaction rate: 123 customers were satisfied with the way we handled their case
  • 83% satisfaction rate: 119 customers were satisfied with the final outcome of their case

We continually aim to improve our customer satisfaction, and mostly importantly ensure the health and wellbeing of all those living and working in our communities, therefore, we regularly invest in employee training and actively listen to feedback.

We also have a dedicated Customer Experience Team to ensure customer views are heard and acted upon.
