OVH bring 35 new homes to Wirral with completion of The Willows

As part of our ambitious development plan to build nearly 2,000 homes by 2024, we are delighted to announce the completion of 35 homes as part of our latest development, The Willows.
Located in popular Pensby, The Willows features a collection of 35 homes available through Shared Ownership, Rent to Buy and Affordable Rent.
Built to a high specification by The Sovini Group’s construction arm, Sovini Construction, and spread across 1.05 hectares, The Willows has provided the local community with affordable housing designed with modern living in mind.
In addition to Sovini Construction, we would like to thank Michael Dyson Associates, Savills, John McCalls and Coresafe Consulting for helping us develop these stylish new homes.

The Government backed Rent to Buy scheme has proved to be a popular initiative as it allows prospective homeowners to pay a reduced rent on a new build house giving them the opportunity to save for a deposit to buy a home in the future, whilst Shared Ownership allows you to purchase a share of a new home and pay a reduced rent on the remaining shares, resulting in a smaller mortgage and deposit.
