One Vision Housing (OVH), part of The Sovini Group, has enabled 47 prospective homeowners to take their first step to home ownership through Rent to Buy at Church View in Birkenhead.

Featuring a collection of two bedroom, two bathroom apartments built to a high specification by The Sovini Group’s construction arm, Church View has provided an opportunity for members of the local community to save for a deposit on a home through the Government backed Rent to Buy scheme.

With Rent to Buy prospective home owners can rent a new build home at 20% below market value for a minimum of five years, whilst they save for a deposit to buy a home in the future.

Church View is one of many Wirral developments currently underway for OVH and forms part of their ambitious development plan to build nearly 2000 homes by 2024.
