One Vision Housing (OVH), part of The Sovini Group, is delighted to launch The Willows, its latest Wirral development located in popular Pensby.

Featuring a collection of 35 two and three bedroom homes available through Shared Ownership, Rent to Buy and Affordable Rent tenures, The Willows forms part of OVH’s ambitious development plan to build nearly 2,000 homes by 2024.

Built to a high specification by The Sovini Group’s construction arm and spread across 1.05 hectares, The Willows will provide affordable housing designed with modern living in mind.

During lockdown the OVH Sales team adapted their working practices and introduced additional safety measures such as contactless completions, which allowed them to help eight local families get onto the property ladder through the Government backed Shared Ownership scheme.  Shared Ownership enables prospective homeowners to purchase a share of a new home, pay a low rent on the remaining share and buy more when they can afford to, eventually owning all of their home.
