One Vision Housing achieves White Ribbon Accreditation
Published: 4/9/2026
We are delighted to have achieved White Ribbon Accreditation, recognising our commitment to preventing harassment, abuse and violence against women and girls across our workplace and the communities we serve.
White Ribbon UK is the UK’s leading charity engaging men and boys to prevent violence against women and girls. By becoming an accredited organisation, we’re strengthening our commitment to promoting respect, challenging harmful attitudes and helping to create safer communities for everyone.
Creating safer communities
As part of the accreditation, we’ll work with White Ribbon UK to deliver a multi-year action plan focused on raising awareness, encouraging positive behaviours and driving meaningful change.
We’re already taking action, with White Ribbon Ambassadors helping to raise awareness and promote respect across OVH. Colleagues from different teams will also work together to support the programme and share its message across the organisation.
Looking ahead
We’re proud to support White Ribbon Day on Wednesday 25th November 2026, with this year’s theme, “It Takes All of Us”, highlighting the role everyone can play in helping to prevent violence against women and girls.
Ian Mitchell, Managing Director of One Vision Housing and White Ribbon Ambassador, said:
“I am extremely pleased that we have achieved White Ribbon Accreditation. It reflects our continued commitment to tackling violence against women and girls, raising awareness and working together to create safer communities.”
Achieving White Ribbon Accreditation is an important milestone, but it’s only the beginning. We’ll continue working to promote respect, challenge harmful behaviour and help create safer, more inclusive environments for our customers, colleagues and communities.
