We’re delighted to announce the completion of our latest developments in St Helens, bringing nearly 100 new homes to the area.

Hertford Gardens on Hertford Street, which boasts 43 stunning new homes, has also provided much needed affordable housing to the area along with opportunities for local families to get onto the property ladder through the Government backed Rent to Buy Scheme.

Rent to Buy allows prospective homeowners to live in a new build home at approximately 20% below market value for a minimum of five years, giving them time to save for a deposit to buy a home in the future.
