Published: 3/5/2026

Day-to-day family life can get very busy and comes with its own unique set of challenges. So if you’re looking for a welcoming space to connect with others families in your community, Sefton Family Hubs have released their new schedule of activities.

Family Hubs sessions are an inclusive and supportive space where you can get guidance on issues you might be experiencing, as well as a chance to meet other parents and build connections. They also offer appointment-led sessions for confidential 1-1 support.

Universal sessions are designed to cater to people from all walks of life by providing opportunities to speak to professionals, hub workers and other members of the community. They can also provide practical assistance, including food bank vouchers, warm home items, free sanitary products and vitamins for pregnant women and young children.

Sessions include:

  • SEN support
  • Activities for children aged 0 – 5 years, such as Little Explorers and messy play
  • Baby massage
  • Weaning and nutritional support
  • And much more!
