The Housing Ombudsman is inviting social housing residents to apply to join its Resident Panel and contribute to the work it is doing to improve residents’ lives through landlords’ services.

Residents will have the opportunity to participate in regular meetings and virtual discussions with the Ombudsman, where they can share their experiences and offer suggestions for improvements as valued members of the panel

Residents will be invited to provide feedback on consultations via surveys, placing them at the heart of the Ombudsman’s activities. Additionally, they will receive information about the Ombudsman’s role and how they can share this knowledge within their local communities.

The closing date is 30 April 2024.
