Our High-Rise Building Safety Group is an important part of our Customer Voice service offer.

This open forum is accessible to all tenants and leaseholders residing in One Vision Housing’s high-rise blocks. It serves as a channel for One Vision Housing to share relevant information about high-rise building safety, while also providing an opportunity for tenants and leaseholders to ask any questions they may have about the safety of their homes.

A wide range of topics are discussed during the meeting including:

• Legislative and regulatory updates impacting the organisation’s responsibilities
• Planned investment works affecting building and fire safety
• Guidance from Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service
• General safety advice
• Responses to building or fire safety incidents

At our most recent meeting, our Health and Safety Team met with residents to discuss a variety of topics, from fire risk assessments to fire alarm activations. Customers also had the opportunity to ask questions and raise any issues concerning fire safety.
