First homes complete at the £5.5m The Brook at Scarisbrick development

West Lancashire’s latest development, ‘The Brook at Scarisbrick’ by One Vision Housing, is set to provide new homes for local people, with both rent and home ownership opportunities on offer.

One Vision Housing who is part of parent company, The Sovini Group, will take handover of the first phase of the development in May, which when complete, will provide 40 new homes for Affordable Rent, Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy.

The development has already proved incredibly popular, with the Sales Team receiving hundreds of expressions of interest with a number of reservations being taken for the Shared Ownership homes. So those interested in the development are encouraged to get in touch now so they don’t miss out. All the homes available for rent have already been allocated through Council nominations.

The Homes England backed scheme on Southport Road, situated in the parish of Scarisbrick is being built on behalf of One Vision Housing by MBE Construction. The development is conveniently located for accessing both Southport and Ormskirk on the A570.

The Brook at Scarisbrick offers a range of two and three bedroom new build homes with generous living and outdoor space. The development is part of One Vision Housing’s ambitious development programme to build 1,100 new homes by 2021.
