Hot Topic Group – Wednesday 30th September
Focusing on Property Pool Plus, this informal group will provide residents with the opportunity to gain a better understanding of how the system works. We will also provide useful information and guidance, including training and support to help residents navigate the platform.
Missed appointments project
We are currently working on a new project aimed at reducing the number of appointments where we are unable to gain access to a property. Missed appointments can delay important work and impact the services we provide, so we want to understand how we can make the process easier for everyone. If you have any feedback or suggestions on how we arrange appointments including Gas Servicing, Investment works, or day to day repairs we’d love to hear from you. Your insight will help us improve how we plan and communicate future visits.
You can share your feedback by emailing getinvolved@ovh.org.uk.

Community Heroes
The residents at Oxford House have dedicated a great deal of time and effort to improving their community gardens, working together to create a welcoming and attractive outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Their hard work has helped transform the area, encouraging community pride and providing a pleasant environment for residents and visitors alike.
To recognise and reward their commitment, we provided the group with a £50 voucher. The voucher was used to purchase gardening equipment and paint, allowing residents to continue enhancing the garden and maintain the improvements they have worked so hard to achieve. The project is a great example of what can be achieved when residents come together to make a positive difference within their community.
