What we’ve been up to…
Over the past few months, we have been busy gathering feedback and implementing your suggestions. Take a look at a few of our projects below to find out more on what’s been happening with Customer Voice and One Vision Housing.
Spotlight on Scrutiny
A Scrutiny Review provides customers with an opportunity to delve deep into housing matters which they may be concerned about or under performing areas where they feel there is room for improvement. By involving customers in our decision-making, we are able to enhance our services, increase satisfaction, and become more efficient. Scrutiny Reviews strengthen the relationship between tenant and landlord, fostering trust and improving our reputation in the process.
In 23/24 we carried out a Scrutiny Review of tenant satisfaction with void lettings. As a result of the review, five recommendations were approved and have either been implemented or are in the process of being implemented by One Vision Housing.
Sovini Sports Hall
In August we marked the grand re-opening of the Brunswick Youth and Community Centre sports hall, of which we are proud sponsors.
The unveiling was supported by the 23 Foundation and LFC Foundation, with Liverpool legends Jamie Carragher and Sammy Lee in attendance.
We’re thrilled to have been a part of this incredible community project which is set to improve the lives of hundreds of residents within our communities.
Bringing the community together at Netherton Fun Fest
Over 300 local residents enjoyed a fantastic day of free fun at Netherton Park Neighbourhood Centre, sponsored by One Vision Housing and our partners Sovini Property Services, Sovini Construction, Brabners, and Weightmans.
The fun-filled day was brought to life by our Customer Experience team, who are committed to engaging with our communities. Children were able to enjoy hours of entertainment with free inflatable slides, toddler castles, and obstacle courses provided by local supplier. Children and adults alike also got stuck into a thrilling football shootout by Inclusion FC, sponsored by fellow Group partnerships Sovini Construction.
Customer Voice – Star of the Month!
As Chair of our Scrutiny Team, Pam Holliday plays a vital role in helping our customers to be heard! Here’s what she had to say about her Customer Voice journey:
“My scrutiny journey started in 2009 which came about in the InVision leaflet, it said if you want to be involved, ring this number, so I thought I’d give it a go. I was very impressed at the first meeting with the staff support and the friendliness. In 2012 I was voted to be Chair, a position I take very seriously. To have a good leader, you have to have a good team and I have an excellent team, we play to each other’s strengths, and I will keep going for as long as the team wants me there. I encourage anybody who is thinking about it to just come along and meet the team, there is no pressure, and we have lots of fun and I have met some friends for life!”
