Upcoming groups

Customer Voice Meet and Greet – 1st October, 11am-1pm

We want to welcome new customers. Pop along to the Brunswick Youth and Community Centre. We have invited our involved customers to bring a friend, come along, have a chat with the Customer Voice Team and find out what difference you can make by joining our groups.

Leaseholder and Shared Ownership Forum – 5th October

Our Leaseholder and Shared Ownership Group is for anyone who is a leaseholder or shared owner. The group discusses topics such as service charges, maintenance charges and building management.

Policy and Strategy Review Group – 7th October

Our Policy and Strategy Review Group provides feedback on our policies and helps ensure documents are fair, clear and reflect the needs of customers. By sharing their lived experiences, members help shape decisions that affect their communities.

Tenant Inspectors – 16th October

Our Tenant Inspectors will be inspecting a number of void properties. They play an important role in ensuring homes are ready for new residents by carrying out independent inspections before properties are re-let. During these visits, they assess the quality of completed works, identify any issues that may have been missed and provide valuable feedback from a customer perspective.

Involved Customer Celebration Event – 20th October

To celebrate One Vision Housing’s 20th anniversary, we are delighted to invite our involved customers to a special celebration event. The afternoon will bring customers together to enjoy a delicious meal, live entertainment and the opportunity to reflect on the achievements and successes of the past 20 years.

Missed appointments project

We are currently working on a new project aimed at reducing the number of appointments where we are unable to gain access to a property. Missed appointments can delay important work and impact the services we provide, so we want to understand how we can make the process easier for everyone. If you have any feedback or suggestions on how we arrange appointments including Gas Servicing, Investment works, or day to day repairs we’d love to hear from you. Your insight will help us improve how we plan and communicate future visits.

You can share your feedback by emailing getinvolved@ovh.org.uk.

Celebrating 20 years of One Vision Housing

Join us at one of our free Community Fun Days and enjoy an afternoon of family-friendly entertainment, activities, and celebrations.

This invitation is open to your family, friends and neighbours.

Community Heroes

Karen a customer from Cygnet House, alongside customers from neighbouring high-rise properties, organised a community clean-up day once a month to help keep their local area clean, tidy, and welcoming. Volunteering in their own time, they worked together to collect litter and take pride in their community. In recognition of their efforts, One Vision Housing supported the initiative by providing litter pickers, bin bags, and gloves.

This partnership highlights the positive impact that residents can have when they come together to improve their neighbourhood and take ownership of their local environment.
