Upcoming groups
Service Review Group (SRG) – 18th November
Our Service Review Group examine specific service areas that aren’t performing up to standard and the group may speak with managers of these service areas and make suggestions for improvement.
Complaints Champion – 25th November
Our Complaints Champions come together to review and address our complaints process. Their role is to examine complaints and ensure that they are handled fairly and transparently. The group identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our complaints handling process.
Missed appointments project
We are currently working on a new project aimed at reducing the number of appointments where we are unable to gain access to a property. Missed appointments can delay important work and impact the services we provide, so we want to understand how we can make the process easier for everyone. If you have any feedback or suggestions on how we arrange appointments including Gas Servicing, Investment works, or day to day repairs we’d love to hear from you. Your insight will help us improve how we plan and communicate future visits.
You can share your feedback by emailing getinvolved@ovh.org.uk.

Customer Spotlight: Anthony’s Achievement
We are delighted to celebrate the success of involved resident Anthony, a longstanding member of our Scrutiny Team, who has recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (Further Education and Skills) at Edge Hill University, achieving a Distinction.
This qualification enables Anthony to teach Psychology to students aged 16 and over within a Further Education setting. Having previously studied Psychology to Master’s level as a mature student, Anthony saw gaining a recognised teaching qualification as an opportunity to give something back to the community.
Anthony said:
“I believe that acquiring a recognised teaching qualification is a constructive way to return something back to the community by using my experience and knowledge to inspire others to embrace the benefits of lifelong learning. Teaching is a great way to reinvest the knowledge that has been invested in me into others, and having completed this qualification, I look forward to seeing where it may lead, whether through employment opportunities or further study.”
As a valued member of our Scrutiny Team, Anthony has demonstrated a strong commitment to learning, personal development, and helping to improve services for customers. His achievement is a fantastic example of the benefits of lifelong learning and the positive impact that determination and hard work can have.
Congratulations Anthony, on this outstanding achievement! We wish you every success in your future teaching career and studies.
