Upcoming group
Community Development Fund – Tuesday 28th July, 12pm-2pm
We have a Community Development Fund available for voluntary and community groups who want to deliver projects or services that benefit customers in our communities. The fund has been established to enable community and voluntary organisations to contribute to our vision for a better future.
Missed appointments project
We are currently working on a new project aimed at reducing the number of appointments where we are unable to gain access to a property. Missed appointments can delay important work and impact the services we provide, so we want to understand how we can make the process easier for everyone. If you have any feedback or suggestions on how we arrange appointments including Gas Servicing, Investment works, or day to day repairs we’d love to hear from you. Your insight will help us improve how we plan and communicate future visits.
You can share your feedback by emailing getinvolved@ovh.org.uk.

Our fund is specifically designed to support voluntary and community groups in delivering impactful projects and services that enhance the lives of residents in our communities.
What makes this initiative extra special?
Our Tenants actively participate in the Community Funding Panel, reviewing applications and helping decide which organisations will receive funding.

Their recent initiatives have sparked meaningful conversations around inclusion and well-being, and their presence is a powerful reminder that housing isn’t just about buildings, it’s about belonging.
