Lets Recap!

Scrutiny 

Our Scrutiny Team has been actively meeting and has selected Complaints as the focus of their latest investigation. They’re now on step 6 of the scrutiny journey, requesting evidence to better understand how our complaints process works in practice.

We’re eager to follow the progress of their review and are excited to hear their recommendations. The insights they uncover will help strengthen our approach and ensure we continue delivering high-quality service to our customers.


Tuning in with Dementia-Friendly Radio

We’re delighted to share some wonderful news about a dementia-friendly radio station! This station offers listening experiences designed to bring comfort, joy, and connection to those living with dementia.

You’ll find programmes featuring familiar music, gentle storytelling, and calming voices – all thoughtfully selected by the creators to provide a truly soothing environment. We believe this accessible option can offer real benefit, and it aligns with our ongoing commitment to helping our community access inclusive and engaging services.


Healthier Futures for Our Community!

Breckfield & North Everton Neighbourhood Council are thrilled to begin a three year partnership with Liv Life, working together to support residents in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. This collaborative initiative will offer practical guidance, local programmes, and encouragement tailored to community needs—empowering everyone to live well. If you have a tenancy related queries and want to speak to a member of our Neighbourhood Services Team in person, then please feel free to visit one of our drop-in sessions for assistance. Whether you need to chat to someone about your rent account, anti-social behaviour, or you just need to report a repair, we’re here to help.
