Housing associations praised for customer service excellence

North West based One Vision Housing and Pine Court Housing Association, part of The Sovini Group, have been praised for going above and beyond for their customers.

The Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation is a renowned marker for organisations that show excellence across five key criteria: customer insight, organisation culture, information and access, delivery and timeliness, and quality of service.

Hugh Keachie, Lead Assessor for the CSE said:
