Hosted by Dr Roy Williams, Group Chief Executive at The Sovini Group, the episode features long-serving colleagues Neil, Nicola, and Bianca,, who share their memories from the early days of OVH and discuss how the organisation has evolved to meet the changing needs of customers and communities.

The conversation explores key milestones, personal career journeys and how our services, neighbourhoods and approach to customer support have developed over the years. It also looks at what has remained at the heart of One Vision Housing throughout our journey: a commitment to putting customers first and creating opportunities to help people and communities thrive.

Looking ahead, the guests share their hopes for the future and how One Vision Housing will continue creating opportunities and changing lives for years to come.

Thank you to our customers, colleagues and partners who have been part of our story over the last 20 years.
