Last month, our Commercial and Leasehold Team visited the refurbished Brunswick Youth and Community Centre in Bootle to carry out our annual repairs audit.

The visit took place ahead of this year’s leasehold service charge invoices to help ensure repair costs remain accurate, fair and in line with lease agreements.

The audit

During the visit, the team toured the centre’s facilities, including the community garden, greenhouse and outdoor play area. They also carried out a series of checks to make sure completed repairs met the expected standard and that all costs were accurate, fair and in line with lease agreements.

• Every job marked as done has been completed to a high standard.
• All repairs are fully recoverable in strict accordance with lease agreements.
• Every cost charged is accurate, reasonable, and represents true value.
