We’re committed to creating sustainable neighbourhoods; thriving, well-run, active, inclusive and most importantly, safe places to live; places to be proud of and want to live in.
We also recognise that each neighbourhood has its own identity, strengths and weaknesses. We work closely with residents and community groups to ensure the services we provide are tailored to meet the needs of those particular neighbourhoods.
Neighbourhood Services Officers
We have 30 Neighbourhood Services Officers (NSO), designated to specific patches – across Merseyside, Cheshire and West Lancashire. They work closely with customers to get to know the local area and help make improvements where they matter most.
Services they provide include:
- Arranging lettings and tenancy sign ups
- Dealing with changes to tenancies
- Organising local walkabouts to inspect the neighbourhood
- Dealing with low-level ASB issues
- Providing rent advice
- Recommending finance and debt advisors
- Taking rent payments
- Maintaining the neighbourhood
Have your say…
If you have any suggestions about how we can improve your neighbourhood, we’re always happy to hear them. You can share them with us at any time, just send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any suggestions we implement will be rewarded with a £30 gift voucher.
