As your landlord, we are responsible for completing regular checks to help make your home safe.

These checks can include:

• An annual gas safety check.

• An electrical safety-check every five years (can differ).

• A sprinkler system safety check.

Letting us in

To carry out these essential checks, we need to access your home.

If you repeatedly don’t allow us access to do these checks we may apply for an access injunction and you will be charged for the court costs.

So if you receive a letter or a contact about these types of works, please don’t ignore it, get in touch with us.

Arranging a convenient time

If your appointment date or time is not convenient, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange a suitable alternative. Please remember it is your responsibility to provide access to your home for these appointments.

Standard availability

• Monday to Friday: 8am – 4pm

Extended availability (Gas appointments only)

• Saturday: 8am – 12pm

• Thursday Evenings: Please contact us for details.

Please note: Extended hours on Saturdays and Thursday evenings are strictly for Gas appointments and are not available for Electrical work.
