We have seven purpose-built Retirement Housing Schemes for those aged 60+ (or 55+ for those with a health concern). Each scheme is made up of self-contained flats which offer privacy and security.

Customers can benefit from communal lounges, gardens and a variety of social activities which are organised regularly.

We work with several partner agencies to ensure that our customers are supported to maintain their independence and sustain their homes.

In addition, we have a guest room in our schemes for friends and family to use when visiting.

Our Independent Living Officers are available to assist during office hours and customers have access to a 24 hour Telecare service available at all times, ensuring that assistance is available around the clock.
