The housing sector faces challenges like rising costs. We’re working hard to balance building new homes with improving existing ones, while making sure everything is safe and energy efficient. We’re also committed to meeting new standards and making sure your voice is heard.

We are committed to meeting a diverse range of housing needs and offer homes for social rent, alongside pathways to homeownership, such as Rent to Buy and shared ownership.
We work with partners to deliver some services. We’ll make sure these partnerships work well and protect our customers and communities.
