Earlier this month, our Customer Voice Team hosted a Policy and Strategy Review Group, bringing together a panel of engaged customers for a highly productive and essential session. The group’s invaluable insights ensure that our core strategies are shaped by customer experience and meet the needs of our community.

  • Tenancy Transfer, Succession and Mutual Exchange Policy

This meeting was a tremendous success, measured directly by the depth of the feedback provided.
