At One Vision Housing, we’re dedicated to improving our customers’ lives. Our 2024/25 Customer Impact Report showcases the key initiatives and service improvements that are making a real difference.
This report underlines the steps we’ve taken to ensure that every decision and initiative directly translates into improved services, greater satisfaction, and a truly beneficial outcome for our customers.
A sneak peek into the report:
- Day of Action: We’ve been holding clean-up days all year, tackling issues like fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour to directly improve our neighbourhoods.
- Communal area refurbishments: Following customer feedback, ten blocks benefitted from a significant transformation with the replacement of their outdated flooring.
- Care Leavers project: We’ve partnered with others to help care leavers find a suitable home and get the long-term support they need to maintain it.
- Customer Voice – Scrutiny reviews: We have acted on concerns raised in our Customer Involvement Groups, carrying out two major reviews to improve our services.
