One Vision Housing Celebrates Involvement Week!

Join us in celebrating National Involvement Week from 14th – 18th October 2024!
This year, Involvement Week (#IW24) replaces Scrutiny Week, offering a broader focus on customer-led initiatives. It’s a chance to celebrate the many ways customers shape our communities, from local projects to boardroom decisions.
To kick-off the week, we wanted to highlight some areas where our customers have made a real difference.
- You said: Going forward when conducting surveys, OVH should expand their reach via preferred contact which includes emails and texts.
- We did: A solution has been agreed with the implementation of Microsoft Customer Voice in 24/25. This will make it possible to survey customers via their preferred method of contact.
- You said: We recommend that OVH’s Neighbourhood Service Officer’s details are available on the OVH website.
- We did: This information is now available on our website here.
- You said: OVH should start using a taxi style reminder format, providing detailed information about the appointment including information on the repair, job number, operative information, and van registration.
- We did: “Localz” is being tested to provide real-time updates on operative travel and estimated arrival time. IT will assess the information provided by Localz and its configurability to ensure it meets the desired requirements.
