Community Development Fund

We have a Community Development Fund available for voluntary and community groups who want to deliver projects or services that benefit customers in our communities.

The fund has been established to enable community and voluntary organisations to contribute to our vision for a better future.

A total of £15,000 will be available in the form of grants to voluntary / community groups. Community groups can request funding of up to £1,000 for new projects which fit the below criteria

• Vulnerable persons
• Health and wellbeing
• Support for local veterans
• Improved community safety
• Community environmental initiatives

One Vision Housing provides over 13.6k homes across the North West, and as part of The Sovini Group works closely with partner organisations to forge a better future for communities.

Our work spans across a variety of areas, from establishing communal green spaces with Taking Root that foster a sense of unity among tenants, to supporting Equilibrium North West’s ‘Little Helpers’ programme in an effort to reduce social isolation among parents and carers, while also raising the aspirations of young children in the area. The One Vision Housing Community Development Fund is open to all community/volunteer groups – and we want to hear from you!

Applications can be submitted at any time throughout the year by completing and returning the application form. Applications are assessed twice yearly at the end of April and September. Please contact the Stakeholder Engagement Team for more information – engagement@ovh.org.uk
