Tenant Inspectors on the ground

Our fantastic Tenant Inspectors have been hard at work, making sure our properties are being maintained as intended.

Over in Birkenhead, our keen-eyed inspectors Tony and Evelyn recently visited four properties, assessing cleaning standards. Thanks to these thorough inspections, they have identified areas we can improve and enhance customer satisfaction.

Meanwhile, our Bootle-based inspectors Vivienne, Alice, Joyce, and Lyn have been out in full force, visiting eight of our properties. Their attention to detail and dedicated support is helping to drive positive changes in how we deliver our services, making sure we focus on what matters most to you.

Boosting Engagement at the Service Review Group

Following recent feedback, we’ve been on a mission to make our Service Review Group even more engaging, meaningful and interactive. We’ve teamed up with our specialist involved customers, Ken and Anthony, to implement some key improvements. Now, customers can experience our working environment firsthand, showcase new and varied topics and incorporate new Performance indicators.

We’re also thrilled to welcome five new members to the Service Review Group! We cannot wait to hear their fresh insights and perspectives.
