Housing Management System changes

We are thrilled to announce that we have a new Housing Management system, NEC, coming soon. Due to this new system our current system, OHMS, will be down from Friday 4th April, until Tuesday 22nd April.

During this transition period, our current system will be read only. Meaning that housing activities such as tenancy terminations and new lettings will be carried out manually. When we are live, this will be entered into the NEC system.

We apologise in advance for this inconvenience and any potential delays in services due to this transition.

How will this new system improve our services?

To enhance the service we provide, this new system will allow us a 360 view of our customers. This includes customer profile information, access to rent information and all customer contact records.

As all information will be at our fingertips in one system, we can offer more efficient service and faster resolution, minimising your wait time!
