Our Easter opening hours

We will be closing at 4pm on Thursday 2nd April, and our regular service will resume at 8am on Tuesday 7th April.

Need us over the break?

If you have an emergency repair or need to report anti-social behaviour, our dedicated team is available on 0300 365 1111. For non-urgent enquiries, please drop us an email at enquiries@ovh.org.uk.

Don’t forget about ‘My Account’

You can continue to report routine repairs and maintenance issues directly through ‘My Account’. This ensures your concerns are securely logged, even while our offices are closed.
