Complaints Group (Tuesday 10th March, 12pm – 2pm)

Our Complaints Champions come together to review and address our complaints process. Their role is to examine complaints and ensure that they are handled fairly and transparently. The group identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our complaints handling process.

High Rise Safety Group (Wednesday 11th March, 12pm – 2pm)

Our High Rise Building Safety Group is a group where customers living in a high rise building can meet with building managers and safety experts to discuss things such as fire safety protocols, structural integrity and compliance with building regulations.

Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) Group (Wednesday 25th March, 12pm – 2pm)

Our ASB Group is for customers who have accessed our ASB service. We talk about things such as the customers experiences, communication throughout the ASB process and customers give their feedback on how they think it can be improved.

Rainbow Roofs
Rainbow Roofs continues to be a vibrant hub of support, creativity and connection for LGBTQ+ tenants across our communities.
Whether it is through peer led workshops, advocacy projects, or simply offering a safe space to be heard, Rainbow Roofs is helping tenants feel seen, valued and empowered.
Their recent initiatives have sparked meaningful conversations around inclusion and well-being, and their presence is a powerful reminder that housing isn’t just about buildings, it’s about belonging.
Neighbourhood Drop-in Sessions
If you have a tenancy-related query and want to speak to a member of our Neighbourhood Services Team in person, then please feel free to visit one of our drop-in sessions for assistance.
Whether you need to chat to someone about your rent account, ASB, or just need to report a repair, we’re here to help.
First Tuesday of each month 11am – 2pm
