Upcoming groups
Policy and Strategy Review Group – Wednesday, 7th January 12pm – 2:30pm
Our Policy and Strategy Group provides feedback on our policies and ensures that the documents are fair, clear and reflect the needs of customers. By sharing their lived experiences, they help to shape decisions that affect their communities.
Mental Health – Blue January
January can often feel like the toughest month of the year with the festive season behind us.
To help lift spirits and bring people together, we will be hosting coffee mornings in our Independent Living schemes throughout the month. This is a chance to connect, share conversations and enjoy a warm drink with good company.
Whether you’re looking for a break from the winter blues, or simply want to meet new faces, our coffee mornings are here to brighten the season and remind us that community makes everything a little lighter.
Worried about debt? You are not alone and help is available.
The rising cost of living has left many in the UK facing financial difficulties. If you or someone you know is struggling with debt, remember that free, confidential, and impartial advice is available from registered UK charities. More support can be found here.
Organisations like StepChange Debt Charity and National Debtline offer expert support without judgment. They can help you understand your options, create a personal budget, and find a sustainable solution to your debt problems.
Don’t let debt problems impact your mental health or family life; taking the first step is a sign of strength. Contact a charity today to start your journey towards financial stability. You can use the MoneyHelper locator to find a local service.
