Customer Services Centre proudly achieve a Gold Award for 15 years CCA accreditation

One Vision Housing are thrilled to announce and congratulate our dedicated Customer Services Centre (CSC) team for achieving a Gold Award for their committed 15 years of continuous Customer Contact Association (CCA) Global accreditation.
This significant milestone from CCA Global, a leading authority in customer experience, recognises our long-standing commitment to consistently improving how we serve our customers. Maintaining this accreditation for 15 years truly highlights the team’s dedication.
Jan Conroy, Head of Customer Services, and Danielle Harris, Customer Service Centre Manager, attended the CCA VIP Lunch in Glasgow where they were presented the Gold Award and 15-year accreditation by Anne Marie Forsyth, CCA CEO, and Kaye Adams, Loose Women panellist.
The CCA Assessor shared some wonderful feedback, noting:
“One Vision Housing’s Customer Service Centre team members are a credit to the service they deliver. Their passion to deliver the best service possible to customers is clear to see.”
Reflecting on this achievement Jan Conroy, Head of Customer Services, expressed her pride:
